American Anesthesiology of Florida is seeking a well-trained anesthesiologist for its Holy Cross Hospital group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The group provides anesthesia services at both Holy Cross Hospital and ambulatory center, Holy Cross Healthplex.
The ideal physician should be able to perform basic TEE and be comfortable doing routine cardiac cases (fellowship not required).
In addition, we do orthopedic, general, urologic, spine and low-risk OB (1000 deliveries annually).
There are no pediatric, trauma or transplant responsibilities.
Call is evenly distributed and in-house responsibility is relatively rare.
Holy Cross employs a team model where physicians supervise CRNAs and AAs about 50% of the time.
