is collaborating with a facility in southwestern Virginia that has an opening for an Anesthesiologist to assist with locum coverage.

Opening Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30a-5p
• No call or weekends
• 8 ORs
• Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
• Case Types: OB, neurosurgical/spinal, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, vent management, central and arterial line insertion
• Will supervise 3 CRNAs
• EMR: Epic
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Anesthesiologist Virginia state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Anesthesiologist program
• One year of work experience as Anesthesiologist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
