Envision Physician Services is seeking a Fellowship trained Anesthesiologist or provider with extensive cardiac experience to join our team of dedicated professionals in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Live and work in a destination location! Highlights of this position: Lucrative compensation package including health benefits, Quality Bonus, relocation and more! Level III Trauma Center with 171 beds 6 ORs, 1 Cardiac OR, covers L&D and a 2 room surgery center Practice a wide variety of cases including regional blocks, epidurals, spinals, ortho, GI Reasonable schedule and call. If you are seeking a work/life balance this is your opportunity! This is a Care Team model comprised of 6 anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs Located on the "west coast" of Arizona, Lake Havasu City has earned the reputation as the outdoor recreation mecca of the southwest. A close knit community with an ideal climate, captivating scenery, beautiful yet rugged mountains, tranquil desert and the azure waters of the Colorado River, Lake Havasu's 45-mile long lake is a nautical oasis of natural beauty. Lake Havasu is 150 miles from Las Vegas and 190 miles from Phoenix offering easy access to major cities and amenities.
