American Anesthesiology of Virginia is seeking a full-time, fellowship trained cardiac anesthesiologist to join our growing group practice in beautiful Fredericksburg, VA.
The group provides anesthesia services at Mary Washington Hospital, Stafford Hospital and Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Mary Washington Healthcare is one of the last independent health care systems in the country and promotes local decision making with a volunteer community Board of Trustees.
We offer a variety of anesthetic cases including; cardiac, neuro, thoracic, peds, ortho, vascular, OBGYN, trauma, general surgery, podiatry, urology and regional. Subspecialty training in cardiothoracic, Obstetrics and Nuero anesthesia is welcomed, but not required.
The practice consists of 16 anesthesiologists and 52 CRNAs who work together in a care team model.
Call is required every twelfth night and second call varies.
